info_box title problems with utf8 chars

    I’am noticing a strange behavior of infobox title text if contains utf8 slovenian chars like: ???. In chrome (version 31.0.1650.63 m) I have noticed that the whole title becomes bolded while in mozilla firefox(26.0) and internet explorer (11.0.9600.16476) only the special char becomes bolded. My page is not online yet, but in the following link you will notice the problem.
