info window not showing up when click on marker

  • Hi

    I am using WPSL latest version on localhost with custom template and i have an issue that info window is not showing up when clicking on marker but it does work when click on “more info” link in search result.

    I need this info window to show up when someone click on any marker in the map, Is it possible?

    If it doesn’t work, then maybe there is a JS error.

    Can you try to disable all other plugins, and switch to default theme to try and find where the conflict comes from?

    Thank you Tijmen for the response.

    There is no JS error as all other things working fine even info window is showing when click on “more info”.
    Deactivated all the plugins but still no luck ??

    Could you please tell me any other possible reason?
