Info tracking and conversion

1) what is the premium plugin offering more than the free plugin? On the plugin website I could not find this difference (useful to understand the differences)

There is no difference in the functionality. You can purchase the premium version if you need technical support (where one of our support staff will login to your site to troubleshoot an issue related to the affiliates manager plugin).

2) I cannot understand how the plugin will track a purchase. Do I need to have a “buy now” button in order the plugin to track the purchase?

Using one of our integration addon might help.

3) my sale will be completed on Telegram (through a bot). Is there any way i can track the purchase there? Maybe your plugin plus an additional plugin?

Thank you for the answer. But unfortunately this doesn’t answer much to my questions 2 and 3.

I believe you should know how the plugin works and how it tracks the purchases. Otherwise how do I know when the affiliate’s link has generated a sale?

And without this answer the plugin loses all its importance.

Please can you assist further?
