Info request

Hi there.

I’m using your wordpress plugin in my website but I would like to know the following details I didn’t find in your documentation:

1 – I would like to remove the “a” element in Order Detail’s item which needs to link to the product page from the email… I need to remove this “a” element because I would like to select the product SKU directly from the email and now this is not possible because of the “pointer” class on the entire element.

2- I would like to switch First Name with Last Name in Billing and Shipping Address print (instead of MArio Rossi I would like to have Rossi Mario for example).
