• Hi,

    Im having a slight issue though.

    With the mail that goes to the website administrator, “[email protected]”, the account is not receiving emails.

    The user who filled out the form gets the automatic responder mail which is sent from “[email protected]”.

    Is it possible having the “To” and “From” email addresses the same in the “Mail” responder causing an issue?

  • I had exactly this issue. It was caused by two conflicting mailservers. The site was hosted on a different server from where the emailserver was hosted. I had to disable the mailserver in the Control Panel, it was blocking the info-account. The real mailserver never received the email. Hope it helps.

    Yeah they have the info email configured on the local hosting server but try read it through google business mail.

    We had it configured correctly and it worked but now it doesnt.

    Really unsure what to do next ….
