info from form fields not showing up in email

    Hello there,

    I’ve downloaded Contact Form 7 and it looks great on my site but when I do a test and fill out the fields, it says it’s sent and I do receive the email but none of the content I’ve entered shows up in the email. I only receive what seems to be the short codes for every field:

    From: chris <[your-email]>
    Subject: [your-subject]

    Message Body:
    [your-message]
    Moving out day
    [date* date-913]

  • Please include a link to your Contact Form 7 form plus all your input in the Form and Mail sections of the CF7 interface. If others here are able to understand your actual problem, they may be able to offer a possible solution.

    the form on this page doesn’t submit all the info that is entered into their respective fields.

    this is all the info that is sent to the email address:

    From: chris <[your-email]>
    Subject: [your-subject]

    Message Body:
    [your-message]
    Moving out day
    [date* date-913]

    Your “Moving out day” in Message Body is not a Mail-tag.

    Besides that some other Mail-tags seem to be missing in Message Body, if compared to your contact-us page.
