Info Doesn’t Show In Facebook

  • Hi,

    I created a Conversion/Event in Pixel Caffeine and I am connect to my Facebook Account. The new event does not show up in Facebook however. Neither does the events that I created in Facebook show up in Pixel Caffeine. It seems as though facebook and pixel caffeine does not communicate.

    Hi,

    the Conversions/Events tab gives you also the ability to create some custom events based on link visit or element click on your website. Thanks to this, you can track specific pixels when an interaction will be triggered on.

    This is not synced to any feature of Facebook, it’s only something internal of your website that will help you to better focus the audiences when you will create the custom audiences.

    As last thing, only the custom audience and products catalogs will be synced to your Ad account.
