• I have info boxes with little icons to the left, all left aligned. After the most recent update now in the editor window all of the info boxes are suddenly center aligned instead of left aligned. I have many pages of the same format, most of those pages with 10-30 info boxes on them. The center alignment makes it very hard to scan them to find the one i need to work on.

I want them all left aligned again. This appears to be a bug because the setting for each box says that it’s left aligned. Under BLOCK panel it says the Content Align is left. In the Kadence block Controls > Block Default for a page, I have made sure the info box is set to Content Align Left.
When viewing the page the way they appear at the moment is left aligned.

But what happens when I make changes and save that page. Will all the boxes center align like the WYSIWYG editor? How do I make the editor view go back to normal left aligned?

I didn’t add a link for the page because the view of the page looks fine. It’s the backend of the site that is havng problems.

    Hi @donnamiller,
I’m not able to duplicate this. What version of Kadence Blocks are you running? Do you mind posting a link?
    Thanks!

I just updated to Version 1.7.15 (on Jan 10th), and the problem persists. So we have experienced the problem on both this and the previous version of Kadence.

These are pages that appear in an app and we do not want search engines or viewing through the website, so I can’t post a link. But as I said in my original message, this is an issue that appears in the WordPress editor. So you need to be logged into the site in order to see it.

Can you send me a screen shot? Also can you tell me what theme you are using?

Do you have the gutenberg plugin installed? What version of WordPress are you using?

    Thanks!

    Hi Ben,

    WordPress 5.3.2
Freelancer Child theme (from Cobalt Apps)
    Gutenberg plugin not installed

Screenshot (these should all be left aligned)

I don’t have access to that theme, can you do a test with another theme to see what happens?

Hi Ben, I switched to the default WP theme and the alignment in the editor doesn’t change.

You can download the Freelancer Theme Framework for free here:
    https://cobaltapps.com/freelancer-framework-download/

I installed that theme and I couldn’t recreate your screen shot, would it be possible for you to send me a link to the front end of your site so I can see the page structure and understand more of what you have created so I can try to recreate exactly.

    Hi Ben,

Sure, how can I send it to you privately?
