Info box not showing up when marker is clicked

  • I am trying to figure out why the info box does not show up when the marker is clicked on a single store page. Also, is it possible, to automatically show that info box when the page is loaded?

    Do you have the permalink option enabled on the settings page? Did you modify any code through any filters in the functions.php inside your active theme folder?
