Info Box Media not showing

  • Hello TheMeum team!

    I am currently trying to setup info boxes on my site. The media of these boxes, when using images, is not showing on the live page.

    I tried to change the size of the file and it still not working. Any idea of how I could fix this?

    Are you using the latest version of Qubely? Also, if you’re using any cache plugin then please clear the page cache. I would also suggest you to check plugin conflict. ( Disable all the other third-party plugins and check whether that solves the issue. )
