My client is has seen hundreds of fraudulent charges flooding their WooCommerce orders. All for the same amount, all with generic data in the fields. I’ve updated to the latest versions of everything (WP Core, WooCommerce, WooCommerce ReCaptcha, all Woo related plugins like “Advanced Product Fields Pro for WooCommerce”).

Are there further steps I can take to reduce the chances of these types of transactions getting through? I’m looking in to several anti-fraud plugins, but I wanted to see if anyone in the community or at Woo has recommendations.

    Thanks,
    Matt

    Hello,

    Sorry to hear that.

There is a well-known extension called WooCommerce Anti Fraud to help you catch these types of transactions,
    https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-anti-fraud/

If you would like us to take a closer look at your site’s configuration, please share a copy of your site’s System Status, You can find it under WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

Let us know, we’ll be glad to help.
