Are you using Custom Prompt? If yes can you share them?

As you can see, these are the only options we’re using. We’ve simply changed the description prompt to something more suitable for us

I believe the issue arises because you aren’t using the %s dynamic variable in your prompt. This variable represents the current product title. If it isn’t added into the prompt, the plugin essentially won’t recognize the context and might produce unrelated content.

Please consider the following:

Rewrite the description for %s …
