Found a solution – I had other import/export plugins installed – deactivated them and now working…

May I ask you which plugins? I have a couple as well but it didn’t work in my case.

The existing functionality in our last version release has some conflicts with web browsers. We have resolved the problem now. Install the fixed package from the below link and do the import.

Do not fail to clear the browser cache before importing the records.
