It is this morning the last time that I get 3 websites down because of one of the hundreds of updates that Jetpack is doing in the last time!!! My websites never break down just with JETPACK!!! How can it be? I mean you claim to be there for my security, just mailing my your news and prices but causing me a lot of stress breaking down my websites with you infinite and bad tested updates! I See a lot of nice features with Jetpack and I always was very interested with you! All my website are running jetpack! Now I really got enough. I will need hours to fix the websites this morning and if this occurs just one time more: SORRY BUT I WILL LEAVE JETPACK FOREVER… Just wanted to let u know

  • It’s a temporary solution but you can delete the “rules” directory in jetpack/jetpack_vendor/automattic/jetpack-waf/ which should fix the issue. The folder doesn’t exist in any other version and the file inside the rules directory is calling for files that don’t exist

    Hi @r2ymedia

Sorry for the inconvenience there. We are aware of the issue and working on a point release (11.5.1) to fix it. It should be out in the next 24 hours.

In the meantime, removing and re-installing Jetpack 11.5 or deactivating and reactivating the WAF module via WP CLI, as @r33c3 hints at, will fix the issue. There’s more information about this here.

    Regards.
