Infinite suggestions for categories won’t work

Please provide more information:
1. Site URL
2. URL to products that must be added to suggestions list
3. URL to category with suggested product

Hi,
the url of the site is https://orangefrog.bg
I want when somebody bay something from this category https://orangefrog.bg/produkt-kategoriya/matratsi/, in cart suggestion to be some from other categories.
From the admin i added category and product that should be suggested but it shows only products from Default Suggestions.

Hi,

Those products are variable, but without any variations. Cart suggestion doesn’t display products without at least one variation, also at least one variation must be with status in stock.
