infinite scrolling stops working

    Hi,

    For some reason after every LMS update I am getting emails from everyone that infinite scrolling stops working and I have to switch to “button”

    It seems to affect all the browsers.

    Can you advise please?

    Thanks for reaching us!
    Mostly there might be a conflict with some plugin or with the theme activated on your site. So, please deactivate other plugins except for Master Study and use our plugin purely. After that, activate the side plugins one by one, to find which one exactly is affecting. If the problem remains the same even after all side plugins are deactivated then please submit a ticket to our support platform.

    Hi,

    I disabled all the plugins and left LMS only. Sadly the scrolling still does not work. It does work in a small window. When I maximise the window it stops and nothing happens. It happens in all the browsers on PCs, surprisingly it works on mobiles. What would be the next step to troubleshoot the issue?
