Infinite scroll, when loaded new content remove old?

Hi!

Im running a site with some rss feeds, and i use infinite scroll for pagination. when you scroll down, new content is loaded. Then i need to scroll down to it, is there any way, a plugin, some jquery or other solution to make the new content load at top, and remove the old posts?
