Infinite scroll on content and no posts?

I need to create a site similar to these:

https://startupsthisishowdesignworks.com/On a previous post someone suggested to search for “infinite scrolling”. I found a plugin that can be added to implement the continuous load of posts, but I haven’t found anything that allows to load the content as in the sites listed above. I am thinking of either a plugin or a free theme.
Any help to get started is greatly appreciated?
