    Hi there,

I am currently facing a page loading issue when oceanwp infinite scroll option is enabled. When you open up a woocommerce category page and scroll down through a few pages, sometimes there appears a message “No further pages exist”. But when I reload the page and scroll down to the same area.. a further page is loading.. This goes on until I reach the real end of pages. Than the message “End of Content” appears.

I can confirm when the message “No further pages exist” appears – not all pages are loaded. This is very bad as customers can’t see all of the products..

The issue occurs on all category pages with many products, when scrolling down a few sites. Both Mobile and Desktop.

Could you pls take a further look into it?
Many thanks in advance for your efforts!
    Br, Alex

  • Hello @decalvibes,

I fully examined the issue you have raised on this topic and could not see it on my end.

I can see you are using the LiteSpeed cache system on your website. This system is powerful, and the problem may be due to this cache.

Temporarily disable it and check the issue. If the problem persists when the cache is disabled, then for troubleshooting, please do the following steps and let me know the results:

    0. Enable the primary theme(if you are using a child theme).
    1. Head over to WP Dashboard > Plugin.
    2. Deactivate all plugins.
    3. Then, first, activate the Ocean Extra plugin.
    4. Check your issue.
    5. Then, activate your plugins one by one
    6. After activation of any plugins, check your issue

Note 1: You can try troubleshooting on the staging website/or on a fresh installation.

Note 2: If you have any cache plugin or server cache(CDN / Browser Cache and Cookies and …), you need to clear its cache contents or disable them to see your changes. Also, remember to click on the regenerate all assets file and data in Elementor > Tools(if you have Elementor).

    Best Regards

    Hi @skalanter

thank you so much for your quick help and efforts!
I can confirm, that the issue was related to another Plugin called “Mailpoet”. I’ve deactivated this plugin right now, until the developer is able to fix it.

    Sorry for the circumstances!
