Infinite Scroll doesn't load embedded Zippyshare player

I have infinite scroll working on my category page.
The plugin works in the face that it does load each new post, but it is only showing the excerpt (at least I think). It loads the first line of the post, but ignores the rest, the rest being the Zippyshare embed player.
I am using Gonzo theme.
