Infinite Redirect on Password protected pages

    Somewhere between version 1.3.3 and 2.3.14 password protected pages don’t work. They go in an infinite look. After deactivating and reactivating the plugin password protected pages show a login form after successfully entering a password. The login form should not show on password protected pages.
