Our theme uses “infinite scrolling” on the product archives pages.
Normally when visitors scroll to the bottom of the page, more products will automatically load.

Unfortunately when the breeze plugin is enabled, our visitors are unable to see additional products.
Example: our Tops page can only display 24 of 130 products –

Any help on this would be much appreciated!

As mentioned above there is a pagination issue. As visit the following link
    https://beautifulyou.boutique/product-category/clothing/tops/
Pagination works correctly as Breeze is active. As shown in the screenshot
    https://wordpress-419414-1340941.cloudwaysapps.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/pagination.png

There are 36 product images showing 12 rows and 3 column

Unfortunately we had some bad timing.
I had to disable infinite scrolling in order to get the page to function.

When I do enable infinite scrolling, it will break all the product archive pages. (each page will only display 12 items and then there are no options to view next 12).

I have re-enabled infinite scrolling for you to take another look.

Thank you for your help so far

    – I also wanted to mention that immediately after the cache is purged, the infinite scrolling works ONE time (as the cache is being created), then every time after if fails.

    For helpful clarification:
The current configuration is set to 3 products per row, 2 rows per page = (6 items before pagination)

With cache, the page displays a total of 12 products (or equivalent to two “pages”) before failing.

Thanks again for the help so far

As the points mentioned above are not able to replicate.
I have attached the video, Infinite scrolling works perfectly with Breeze.
    Please have a look

Could you please try a different browser? quite possible the issue you have faced belongs to the browser cache.
It would be better to capture the video of the issue you are facing.

I am confident you are not seeing the problem because of your local browser cache – if you open a new private/incognito window or reload, you will see my problem appear majestically before your eyes.

I made a high budget movie so that you can see exactly what is happening.

I confirmed users outside my geographical location are also experiencing this.

I have re-checked on the following different browser

    Chrome

    Firefox

    Microsoft Edge

As you may see the pagination working absolutely fine with Breeze.

You may follow the following steps to resolve it

.) Unchecked the Browser cache option under the BASIC OPTIONS tab. Quite possible it serves from the Browser cache.

.) Exclude the JS file which contains the script of pagination under the ADVANCED OPTIONS tab. (Just for checking after that you may minify the file)

.) Clear the cache folder using SFTP at the following path (Although it’s clear by the option Purge All cache and Purge Internal Cache)
    /public_html/wp-content/cache

Please be relaxed. We are here to help our users.
Yes, definitely I have gone through the video you have provided.
Your concern is while caching the product page it works perfectly with infinite scrolling until it refreshes (Please correct if I am wrong).

    As provided in my video
    https://streamable.com/nh6nxh
in which I have replicated the steps you have mentioned, its works (as it verified on different browsers)

One more thing I did not the admin-URL so I am the end-user of your application and get the cache version of application in which infinite scrolling works perfectly.

Still, I am missing any points which you have mentioned in your video so kindly highlight it.

you never opened a new session after the initial cache was built… again…..
at the end of your video, you should have killed your browser sessions and started a new one – you would have been staring directly at the problem

infinite scrolling is disabled right now…….

    I feel like I am talking to a wall…….

As you mentioned that “Your concern is while caching the product page it works perfectly with infinite scrolling until it refreshes (Please correct if I am wrong).”

Breeze cache the page once the user visits it, next version served from cache(as generated of that page/post).

Please check the video again, I have opened the URL and scrolled down accordingly.

your not loading the cache from the server – your loading the cache from your browser.
I don’t believe you are all actually this dull. You MUST be acting ignorant on purpose at this point.

    Are you using server caching?
