Infinite loop unable to publish

Hi!
I have tried to change the locale and ensuring that the site address and the location of the folder are the same. However, I still encounter the problem where I am unable to publish or save draft.Hope someone can help me on this

Can you tell us if you have an issue similar with this one:

Seems that there are some locale with 3 parts like ( de_DE_formal ) which may cause issues in WordPress in general.
