Infinite loop sending test mail of the newletters

  • Hello everybody ??

    I have WordPress 5.2.3 (In Spanish)

    I could send test mails to see a preview of my newsletter for my suscriptors (Menu->Boletín->Nuevo Campa?a or in English Menu->Newsletter->New Campaing but I don’t know if it’s writed at the same way that I put in English), but now I can’t, because when I push the buttom “Enviar prueba” (or “send test” in English) only have a infinite loop with a image of a dot moving in circles and I don’t know what to do, if you have any solution please tell me and thank you very much!!!
