Infinite Loop Replacement

Hey Guys,
Long time user and lover of Better Search Replace,
Found a bit of a bug it seems, I tried to do the following replacement.
https://wordpress.example.com.au/
https://wordpress.example.com.au/mlt1/But the script seems to doing a duplicate run creating an infinite loop on the script, I had to kill the script in terminal because it kept going.
In the end My url turned to
https://wordpress.example.com.au/mlt1/mlt1/mlt1/mlt1/mlt1/If you could please fix this I would be fantastic, I have quite a few sites I need to do this on.
