Infinite loop problem after recovering

    Dear Team,

    after recovering (using host service) my website https://www.arctic-mgimo.ru worked fine but the Ultimate Member system. I cannot open user pages. They redirect me to the error page:

    This webpage has a redirect loop
    The webpage at https://arctic-mgimo.ru/?page_id=8&um_user=Александр.Кормишин has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.

    Please, help me solve the problem.

    Hi @alexkormis,

    I see you have plain permalink structure, please go to your Dashboard -> Settings -> Permalinks and set permalinks to “Post name”.

    Also, go to the Ultimate member -> Settings -> Setup and make sure that you’ve correctly assigned Ultimate member pages there.

    @ultimatemembersupport, thank you very much for your support! Although I can open the profiles now, there is still one more problem. I would be grateful for your advice.

    It doesn’t function correctly, when I thumb the pages with members. Although it shows, that I switched to page #2, the members are the same. How can I fix the problem?
