Infinite Loop on my account page

  • We helped a client create a new website for their brand, The site was already using Commerce7. Everything seems to be working fine except when we move the site live and try to log in. The “My Account” page goes into an infinite loop and keeps refreshing on its own.

    This doesn’t happen if I’m logged in as a WP-Admin but only happens for non-WP users. We have looked into each line of code and couldn’t find any solutions. Surprisingly the support team said they don’t know anything about it lol.

    It would be great if someone can shed some light on it and point us in the right direction so we can fix it.
