    What is causing this?

    I have tried turning off ALL of my plug-ins. When I reactivate pilot press and only pilot press I still get this infinite notification. If I log out and re-log in it is still looping.

    I have reverted my site to a basic WP theme with all plugin deactivated. If I enable pilot press the loop starts again.

    I have another website that runs the same theme…I have no issue with pilot press on that site. WTF?

    Hi Laura – I see you’ve already asked our Support team about these issues and didn’t get a satisfactory answer, so I’d like to escalate it. Do you only have one Ontraport account?

    I’ll reopen the ticket and see if we can get one of our developers to take a look around. It will require access to your WP site so it will handled in the ticket for your security.

    Yes I have only one Ontraport account.

    Let me know who I should give access to so that you can take a look.
