In creating new gallery when I click on “Publish” button it starts an infinite loading.

During the infinite loading I note that the “Publish” button disappears and it is replaced by 3 buttons: How to use, Update and Preview.

Since this 3 buttons appear I can safely press ‘Esc’ key to break the infinite loading and then note that the publish process is successfully completed (so I found this workaround).

The infinite loading issue does not occur when I click “Update” button afterwards.

Related with this issue we have another one: after the action of “breaking” infinite loading (pressing the Esc key), pressing Update or doing any other action that triggers a new loading (i.e. sorting Asc/Desc photos), ends up in a boring duplication of all images added to the gallery!

    Can you fix this please?

(This issue persist since long time)

    Thank you.

    Hello @fabiofilippi,

    Thanks for your inquiry.

Is there any js error on gallery publish?

You can check this by entering right-click > inspect element > console section.

Please make a screenshot and send us to check.

    Dear @fabiofilippi,

Please specify what version of the plugin you are currently using.

If the plugin is updated, there might be a conflict with other plugins or the theme.
In case you have the latest version installed, please check the conflict possibility.
Change the theme and see how the gallery plugin performs.
Deactivate your plugins temporarily and activate them one by one checking the performance of the gallery against those plugins.

    Sincerely,
