Hello @dan10910,

It seems the issue might be related to a conflict. From your system report, I do not see any known conflicting plugins, but I recommend disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Payments to see if the problem persists.

If this resolves the issue, re-enable the plugins one at a time to identify which one is causing the conflict. This is a basic step to help us move forward with resolving this issue.

We disabled all plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Payments to see if the problem persists. And it persists..

It seems that the eRecht24 plugin might be blocking PayPal scripts.

Could you try disabling it and let us know if that resolves the issue?
