Infinite loading on Safari

  • Hello,

    After many tests I realized that all sites that use LiteSpeed enabled, occurs infinite loading on Safari iPad (IOS 11 and IOS 12).

    The websites do not have the same plugins or themes. LiteSpeed is the common plugin among them.

    The browsers console shows “reload: yes” and when LiteSpeed plugin is disabled, all works fine.

    Has anyone else noticed a problem like this?

    I “fixed” the problem disabling Guest Mode and Guest Optimization options.

    Hi,

    does it only happen to iPad Safari ?

    other version’s safari or iPhone , or Mac’s safari works ?

    and also please provide the report number , you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

    It happens to IOS 10, 11 and 12 on iPad and iPhone.
    IOS 13 and 14 I didn’t test.
    IOS 15 works fine.

    I don’t have old iOS devices so I can only run this on Apple’s developer simulator which should be same as real device

    it loads fine on me , didn’t see any infinite loading

    I took a screen recording for it , but not sure if you want me to post it publicly since it contains your domain , if not , please provide me a mail

    and could you please do me a screen recording from your device that shows the issue ?

    Hi, I have the same issue on macbook Air with macOS 10.13.6 (High Sierra) on Safari in Guest mode.

    it happens only on Safari. In Chrome or firefox is ok.
