infinite loading of filters

Good day! I encountered a problem using your plugin. The “Filters” tab does not always work (does not always load). I have tested extensively and tried many things, including different browsers/devices/operating systems. The problem is consistent across all of them. I have tried disabling all plugins, but it didn’t help.

The issue is that the filters work intermittently. Sometimes they work fine, other times they load indefinitely. The theme I am using is WoodMart.

We have cleared the cache, disabled caching altogether, and removed WP Rocket. It’s hard to recall everything that has been done, but none of it has helped.

Overall, I would like to purchase the full version of your plugin as it is very convenient and pleasant compared to others. The only issue is that I would like it to work properly. Could you please advise on what can be done to fix this error? I have run out of ideas or suggestions on what may be causing this problem.
