Infinite loading – Newspaper Theme

let’s imagine it’s 00:00 right now

you or someone access your page , /something/ then this page will be cached for 5 hours , at any given time between 00:00 – 05:00 , other guest visits /something/ will be served from cache

then after 05:00, the cache is expired , anyone who accesses it first time after 05:00 will trigger the PHP and generate cache , let’s imagine someone visits page at 05:30 , then page is again cached for 5 hours , until 10:30 , cache expires again , and so on , so on

In my case, endless loading.

Let’s say, no activities/updates/visitors in 24hrs, the ‘endless loading’ occurs, like infinite loading. I really have no idea what triggers this endless loading thing.

But, if I ‘Purge All’, it’ll return to normal, not endless loading. That’s why I’m looking for like 5/10/15/20hrs interval in ‘Purge All’.

This is no solution! Whenever I request your page there is no infinite reloading, so it seems there must be something special with your browser that only you see infinite reloading.

These two, right?
‘Public Cache TTL’ and ‘Front Page TTL’ are set to 5hrs. Just an example the 5hrs.
I’ll update here if the ‘Endless loading’ still occurs.

I ‘Purge All’ for like 2hrs ago. It is back to normal now.

The 5hr ‘Public Cache TTL’ and ‘Front Page TTL’ is working fine. No endless loading ongoing but it applies to mobile view. I’ve got a separate page for the mobile view.

Cache > Cache Mobile > ON
