Infected code, malware

I am having an issue with infected code, all plugins missing… got some detailed info through Google Webmaster Toolkit, some suspicious code… and what does the hosting company said?
Oh… we cannot scan your site, you have to do download it and scan it with any sotware yourself…
So, if you are looking for security (I got my site infected 3 times in a year and a half), I would not choose again 1and1, it is cheap, but…
