Inexistent support

I buyed the Spotify Master Addons one year ago and they works great. But with the new version 4.2.2 the addons don’t work anymore. So i read the various forums and instructions on techgasp’s webiste and the only solution I found for my problem is to contact the support to restore the plugin.
Now i’m waiting already a week(!) and there is no reaction from the “Award Winning Professional Support” (LOL). Very sad ??
