    I’m using Cerber 6.2 and I just had a site visitor send me a screenshot of error messages in the top of my site. I’m not seeing the errors myself, but I do see them in my error log:

    [09-Feb-2018 14:56:20 UTC] PHP Warning: inet_ntop(): Invalid in_addr value in …/wp-content/plugins/wp-cerber/common.php on line 422
    [09-Feb-2018 15:02:12 UTC] PHP Warning: inet_pton(): Unrecognized address … in …wp-content/plugins/wp-cerber/common.php on line 422

    It looks like they started on the 7th when I upgraded to the current version.

    What version of PHP do you have? You can find out it on the Tools / Diagnostic page.

    I have 5.4.45

    I rolled back to an older version of Cerber and no errors have been generated since then.

    It’s something wrong with your hosting or the PHP environment. You should upgrade PHP to a newer version.

    I updated PHP to 5.5.38 and updated Cerber to 6.2. The error reoccured.

    I’ve updated PHP to 5.6.33 and am watching to see what happens.

    It’s been about 24 hours and the site has had about about 1,200 visitors. There’s no new error log. So I think we’re good. Thanks so much for your help!
