• I encountered an issue with the plugin and reached out to the support team , but only they provide me with limited support , not even with exact solution by the team. The plugin was causing conflicts with another plugin, resulting in errors on my website. I provided detailed information about the issue, including screenshots and error logs, to facilitate a swift resolution.

    The lack of support , over 2 days has significantly impacted my business, as the issue has prevented.As a paying customer, all expect a certain level of support and responsiveness within 1 day, especially when encountering critical issues that affect my website’s functionality.

    It’s frustrating when not receiving support as we expect from your plugin, especially when asking us to upgrade to a paid plan, I didn’t get efficient support from both free and pro.

    Repeating with same message, your refund policies are scam more and still the refund ticket is open for more than a month. No response for refund but involving here to work again.
