Ineffective Tags

  • I’m fairly new to all of this. I paid a company to make my site, it looks awesome but the articles nor the website are being found by google. It’s been up for a little more than 2 weeks.

    I’ve wrote about 20 articles and for some reason none of them can be found by doing a google search. I was hoping people searching google would see my articles when sorted by date, but as of right now nothing.

    Along with this for 1 day the adsense counter worked, now it shows 0’s for visitors even though I know for a fact people have visited the site.

    Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get my materials to be found by google?

  • There are lots of factors that affect your site’s ranking in the search engines.

    I think for starters, waiting 2 weeks might be a bit ambitious and that could depend on what you are searching for.

    It is also the case that the way a site is built has an impact of SEO but that might be something to take up with whoever built it. Just ask them about it.

    You should be able to get a pretty good idea from reading a bit about this and there is heaps of stuff available.
