• How to sabotage a simple, practical extension that worked super well? I invite you to take inspiration from WP Media and this extension in version 5.04, I can’t wait to test version 6, it’s going to be a memorable moment.

    Hi pctma,

Your feedback hits hard, and we completely understand why. We’re genuinely sorry for the frustration caused by the recent update. It’s clear we missed the mark, and we take full responsibility for that.

Right now, our team is working hard to address the issues and improve the product from the ground up. While we’re fixing things, please feel free to roll back to version 4.1.7, which you can find here.

That said, we know trust is earned, not given, and we’re committed to rebuilding yours. Thank you for calling this out – it’s feedback like yours that pushes us to do better.

    Sincerely,

    The BackWPup Team

    Hello,

Thanks for your kind reply, I totally understand the situation, sometimes it does not work as expected and the complex WordPress environment does not help to facilitate the upgrades. I have noted the version rollback, I hope that the whole team can improve the compatibility with the new version. Courage and may the force be with you.

    Regards,

    Paul
