• We’ve encountered an issue several times now where specific individual redirect rules will spontaneously stop working. The only way we’ve been able to (temporarily) fix the problem is to delete the rule in question, then recreate it exactly as it was.

    My Observations on the problem:
Doesn’t seem linked to usage, I’ve had it happen to an entry with just a few hundred hits as well as one with hundreds of thousands
Has only ever happened on Regex entries
Nothing else is affected, all other rules work fine

We have disabled all logging inside or redirection and haven’t seen the problem since. Just curious if anyone else has encountered similar circumstances and what your solution was.

    Thanks!

  • I’m experiencing the same issue without any resolution other than deleting/recreating the redirection.

I’m looking for commonalities. Do you happen to be using any kind of caching?
