Individual products

Is it possible to feature an individual product on a page? For SEO it would be important for each product to have its own page, I can create pages by category but can’t see how to do an individual product. There is a ProductID-ArticleID in spreadshirt for each product, could this be used somehow?
I currently have a non wordpress site which is using iframes to display my T shirts and I would really like to find a neat solution to put it into wordpress without iframes
