Individual product percentage

I have 30 average priced products and one DVD that sells for $300. Shipping is set at 8% for everything. That one DVD would be $24. That’s too much for shipping, but I can’t see a way of changing that with the normal settings through Woocommerce.

Is there a way to lower the shipping percentage for just that one product with your plugin?
