Individual page for employee with their own login and edit management

Hey everyone, I have searched the forums here and cannot locate what I am looking for. Perhaps my search criteria is not correct.

I am working on a new site for a hair salon, there are approx 25 stylists that work in the salon. The salon owner would like each stylist to have their own managed page to list their area of specialty, phone and contact info.
Ideally, I would like to give each stylist their own user name and password to manage their own specific page. The general public will have full access to view their page, but the stylist can manage it at any time and upload their profile image etc.(if they choose to).
I would create the directory page links to the stylists page., unless the plug-in can create an index that is available. (Wishful thinking).

There must be a plugin that will perform this function, please share any info you might know of.
