Individual Links / Categories

I would like to send a link to someone which shows an individuall collection of posts. The link could look like this:

https://www.domain.com/hans

For sure I can setup a category called Hans and hide this category…. but this will be quickly confusing if this is mixed with the standard categories.

What I’m thinking about is a section category2 which has nothing to do with the categories of wordpress. The only common thing is the way how such a link will be displayed. These categories2 will be shown nowhere, not in a menue, not in the footer, not…

Within the category2 I setup different entries which will be displayed in this way:

hans (2)
peter (32)
andrea (16)
…

The number will show me how much post are allready included. I can edit the included posts everytime. If I click on hans I see the actual selected post in one column and in another column all the other posts I can select (sorted by post date)

If I have done so and I go to https://www.domain.com/hans I see the plogpost like I see it if it would be a normal category.

I searched arround for hours for a plugin. Anyone an idea?
