There is a option WordPress Default Login Form: in that which option should i select and what to fill in the User Meta Key, so that when i fill my username and password OTP option comes?

We weren’t able to open your site from our end but do let us know what you are looking to achieve and we will able to tell you the exact options and settings to enable.

1. Do you want only your users to verify themselves with OTP each time they log in?
2. Do you want admins to be able to bypass this OTP Verification?

Usually, meta-key is the key against which the phone number of each user will be stored in the WordPress database. If you are not sure of what value to put just enter “Phone” as the meta-key value.
