index.php white page ! [backup]

  • Hello guys

    i have some trouble when am transfer my blog to another server …

    when i restore it through the backup/restore plugine its works fine ..

    but when i finish its give me white page !

    the wp-admin works fine and old papers shows there …

    but the index.php doesnt work ! white page

    i upload a new index.php there … same problem !
