Index.php not refreshing

  • I have a rather bizarre issue.

    My index.php file is NOT refreshing on my server. I’ve changed the code in my index.php file for my theme, and the changes aren’t being displayed when I go to the site. When I look at the source via my FTP (Forklift) the source is what I want to be. When the page loads in my browser, it’s definitely not the same. I’ve cleared my browser cache, I’ve reloaded the page using cmd + R, and still nothing.

    I thought that I would test it on my local install of wordpress and see if it would work. My local install of wordpress is having the same problems! I have no idea what is going on. Any ideas?

  • Have you tested to see whether this is theme-specific by switching to the default theme? Any plugins active?
