“index.php” doesn’t appear in URL

    When I click a link in my blog, the URL it generates leaves out “index.php” which gives me:
    “Directory Listing Denied. This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed.”

    I have to manually type in “index.php” in the URL and the page loads.

    For example, when a link is clicked the URL it goes to would be
    “https://www…./blog/?cat=3”

    I would then have to type in –
    “https://www…./blog/index.php?cat=3″
