Indexed, though blocked by robots.txt

    I’m seeing around 1.72K affected pages with “Indexed, though blocked by robots.txt” warning and almost all the pages are the internal search pages on my website such as https://allusefulinfo.com/?s= or https://allusefulinfo.com/search/.

    However, I disallowed these internal search pages in my robots.txt. But, is that a problem? Do I need to remove disallow for these pages? Do I need to noindex them? If so, how can I no-index them?

    Please provide me with a proper solution to fix this error. I want to fix these warnings as soon as possible. Please help.
