Indexed products removed from site not being deleted at Amazon

  • We are using your plugin to search WooCommerce products. The setting is to only index post type “product”. We have 1600 products on the site and 2700 items in the Amazon index, all with the post type “product”. It appears to not removed items from the index when they are removed from the site.

    I have updated the index and synced all but nothing changed.

    Can you advise as to how to correct?

    It seems to be correct.. only a question, why you have 1600 items on the site and 2700 on Amazon index? The number of items should be the same.. can you give me more info?

    It is behaving like the plugin only adds products to the Amazon index and never removes them when they are removed from the WordPress WooCommerce site.

    even after re-indexing and synching, the number of products in WooCommerce and the number of items indexed in Amazon are different.

    All indications are that it is working…status is running, etc.

    I am not sure what more info I can add.

    Hello, I think it’s a configuration problem… on my environments and many other sites works adding and deleting data.. it’s very strange..
    can you send me ([email protected]) some screenshots of you backend configs? Should be useful..
